A proper Sunday lasagna with an Italian sausage ragù. Serves 4–6.

In the box: Rummo Lasagne 500g, 2 × Mutti tomato passata, Salcis Italian sausage 300g, Castelli Parmigiano Reggiano 125g.

How to make it: soften a chopped onion in olive oil, add the crumbled sausage and brown it, pour in the passata and simmer gently for 40 minutes. Layer lasagne sheets, ragù and grated Parmigiano (add mozzarella or béchamel if you like), finish with ragù and Parmigiano, and bake at 180°C for 35–40 minutes. Rest 10 minutes before serving.
