In the box: Garofalo Spaghettone XXL 500g, Italian guanciale 250g, 6 Italian free-range eggs, grated Pecorino Romano 100g.
How to make it: fry the guanciale strips slowly until crisp. Whisk 3 yolks and 1 whole egg with plenty of pecorino and black pepper. Toss the drained pasta with the guanciale off the heat, add the egg mix and a splash of pasta water, and stir until creamy.
